Real burnout recovery means making a decision to rebuild yourself from the inside out, one dimension at a time. It means taking an honest look at your whole life, not just the parts that are easiest to fix, and choosing yourself before you have nothing left to give.

Stress relief is not a treat you earn after you finish everything on your list. It is a non-negotiable part of a sustainable life. The question is not whether you can afford to prioritize your wellness. The question is whether you can afford not to.
