About Me

I’m Tiffany Nunn, an internal communications, branding, and marketing leader specializing in employee engagement and culture building. I hold a Master of Arts in Communication, Marketing, and New Media from Southern New Hampshire University, where I graduated with a 4.0 GPA. My writing was recognized when my speech was selected among thirty peers to be featured in the commencement ceremony.
At Blue Cross NC, I redesigned the entire hybrid work experience for remote employees from the ground up. I added interactive components, professional camera direction, and elevated production design that ensured remote employees felt as connected and engaged as those in the room. The result was an 85 percent improvement in employee morale and a tangible shift in how our distributed workforce experienced connection and belonging.
Since my transition from that role, I’ve been building new skills in AI and published a wellness journal called Under Construction: A 90-Day Journey to Whole Wellness.
